As Managing Director, he brings his well-developed analytic, consultive, partnering, and organizational transformation skill sets to every client engagement.

Through his diverse experience as a Senior People Executive and trusted advisor to Senior Business Leadership Teams, Ken has highly developed expertise in HR Strategy Development and Implementation, Human Resources and Business Transformation, Talent Acquisition and Executive Search, Employee Engagement, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, and Merger Integration. Ken is an advocate of utilizing technology as a strategic advantage in attracting, developing, and retaining critical talent, as well as streamlining and eliminating burdensome processes.
